Thank you for shopping with us. Due to the intimate nature of many of our products and for hygiene, health, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, provided that:
The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The item remains in its original packaging with all tags attached.
The item is free from odors, stains, damage, or signs of wear.
Proof of purchase is provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene, health, safety, and customization reasons, the following products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit:
Used and Worn Items
Used underwear
Used socks
Used sneakers or footwear
Any item sold as "used," "pre-owned," "previously worn," or similar
Custom and Personalized Orders
Custom-worn items
Items worn or prepared according to customer instructions
Personalized items containing a customer's name, initials, nickname, or other identifying information
Items with custom markings, messages, signatures, drawings, stains, or modifications requested by the customer
Any made-to-order or specially customized product
Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Underwear, briefs, thongs, jockstraps, and similar intimate garments that have been opened, tried on, worn, or removed from their sealed packaging
Any item that comes into direct contact with intimate body areas and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or differs substantially from the item ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem
Upon review, we may offer:
A replacement
Store credit
A refund, where appropriate
4. Return Authorization
Do not send items back without prior authorization.
To request a return, use the special form or process the return in your personal buyer account.
We will provide return instructions if your item qualifies for return.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after receipt of the returned item.
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if an item is returned in a condition different from its original shipped condition.
7. Refusal of Returns
We reserve the right to reject any return request where:
The item shows signs of use or wear.
The product falls within a non-returnable category.
The item was customized or personalized.
The return request is made outside the applicable return period.
The returned item differs from the product originally shipped.
8. Legal Rights
This Return & Exchange Policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local laws provide additional rights that cannot be excluded, those rights shall prevail.
